What is the return policy?

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@lcyn.us.

Your email should include:

* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been handed over to USPS or any other shipping carrier, L’CYN is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your package is:

* Lost in transit
* Marked as delivered but not received
* Stolen after delivery

you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or resolve the issue.

We strongly recommend:

* Tracking your shipment regularly
* Providing a secure delivery location
* Ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate

L’CYN is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when:

* An item is confirmed to be defective and a replacement is unavailable; or
* A return has been approved by L’CYN under exceptional circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
